Mattel Disney Pixar CARS: The Contact Numbers & Websites

© Copyright Disney/Pixar
Collecting CARS is nirvana and we’re all a giddy as schoolboys and schoolgirls - life could not be finer, full of rainbows, 32-oz steaks and free parking … well, at least for the first 3 days
… after that, we tend to get a little grouchier.
So, if collecting CARS or buying CARS is not entirely 100% the way you like … go straight to the source and politely tell them how you think things could be improved upon …
Mattel doesn’t have email but they have 800-numbers:
Canada- US: 800-524-8697 (hearing impaired: 800-382-7470)
You can write them at:
Mattel, Inc
333 Continental Boulevard
El Segundo, CA 90245-5012
You can also let them know what they think about their website.
After you join the Hot Wheels Collectors Club, you can post to the forums including:
The Site Feedback Forums.
The Off-Topic Forum (as there is no specific CARS Forum though you can send the webmaster an email and ask them why not: comments@hotwheelscollectors.com)
NOTE: Both sections above will require you to sign up to view.
In Europe:
Mattel Europa, B.V.
Gondel 1
1186 MJ Amstelveen
The Netherlands
(or check their international customer relation website front page)
You can contact Target by email or phone here. Or if you’d like to comment on merchandise (or lack there of), here is the ‘merchandise’ email form.

You can contact WM by email or phone here. Or the merchandise comment email is here.

TRU contact email form is here. Or by phone - 1-800-869-7787.
Or if you have any sins you wish to confess.

Fantastic information!
I will be sending a revised version of my earlier post to their address.
I don’t see much point in writing to TRU, Asda, Sainsburys or the others, as two of them seem to be doing ok while the others go -
“ummmmmmm, I dunno!”
Plus I already complained to Jenners, and the General Manager genuinely looked horrified and clearly knew nothing about it, he hadn’t even seen the movie, but unfortunately it seems that they haven’t ordered any new Car inventory since, maybe his way of solving the problem!?

this is off the topic, but does anyone know if they are going to release a dirt track doc in a single pack, I am sure they will just wanted to confirm before I buy the 3 pack, thanks, and I really love your site.
).
Matt
(MET: I would not be surprised to see a single Dirt Track Doc before the year is out - probably around the holidays but basically, I think if you decide to skip buying the 3-pack, it’ll be another year but as soon as you buy it, it’ll be out the week after … so the answer is yes, no, maybe and please don’t blame me

I had heard someone say they thought that the single pack release of Dirt Track Doc Hudson would have “dirt” on the sides like DT McQ. Does anyone know for sure? Our KM got in some of the short cards today. Is Mattel going to do away with the full cards? I noticed on the back of the short cards it has a picture of the full card with a message that says More Cars available in the toy dept. or something like that. The short cards are about 1 inch shorter than the full cards. Maby Mattel is thinking, 8% price increase, less cardboard, less ink, MORE PROFIT. Or, smaller packaging, more room for PEGWARMERS. Whatever they are thinking. I will NOT go back and collect all of the short cards! One full size walk in closet full of Cars is enough!
(MET: The current ‘Dirt Track Doc’ as he is called has red rims in a Doc Hudson body (no tampo decals) but no “dirt.” That’s not to say there won’t be yet another Doc Hudson with red rims and dirt (Racing Doc Hudson?) … I would not bet against it … BTW, anyone who can put together a set of the short cards, drop us a line, I can either trade you a copy of our book ($39 value) or buy them outright from you - thanks!)

Thanks! This is great information - I hope everyone tells Mattel and the retailers that we want the opportunity to give them more $ if they would just give us more new Cars!!

Too bad Mattell does not have a website to email about the poor quality of their Cars products.
The Tow Cap and Gasprin I got are just horrible.
The paint has black specks, hairs in it, bubbles in the paint.
Gasprin’s paint around the lower part of the window is not straight, it is flaked, and Tow Cap has cracked paint lines around his back window and his front window looks like it was touched up as the paint is not smooth and rough around the window, also black specks in the paint.
Check your cars before walking to the checkout.
