As for the pricing of the book, it is on-demand published book so the cost of the book includes a portion for the printing - unlike a “real” publisher that can get a break on printing a couple thousand copies and then make it back when they sell them, in this case, I’m the publisher and I have to include the cost of the printing in the price. Thanks!
